ABOUT US
Laguna & Co. was founded by Joel Laguna - a Certified Property Manager and Licensed Real Estate Broker in Puerto Rico with over 15 years of experience managing a wide variety of properties ranging from single- and multi-family rentals, condominiums, villas, and hotels; to commercial and office spaces. The vast majority of those years in charge of operations in the luxury hospitality sector subject to the highest levels of quality and service standards.

Being responsible for over 327,000ft² of buildings and lots of additional square footage of common areas including: pools, hot-tubs ("jacuzzis"), gyms, sports courts, game rooms, lobby areas, office spaces, terraces, warehouses, and acres of parking lots, landscaped gardens, and beachfronts - among many others - the properties we've managed have earned the RCI's “Resort Collection Award” consecutively since 2010: Silver 2010, Gold 2011- 2017.
